These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vitamingreen.in (the “Website”), owned and operated by Vitamin Green Organics (“Vitamin Green”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Accessibility Statement, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Eligibility & Your Account
You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Website.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders for suspected fraud, misuse, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
Health & Safety Disclaimer
Products sold here are food supplements / nutraceuticals. Website content (including product pages, blogs, and quiz outputs) is general information only and not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional especially if pregnant/nursing, on medication, with medical conditions, or known allergies. Keep products out of reach of children and use strictly as directed on the label.
Product Information, Pricing & Availability Product Information, Pricing & Availability
We aim to display accurate MRP, taxes, ingredients, usage, batch/lot & expiry, and other label details. Minor packaging or formulation updates may occur without notice. All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors (including pricing/availability) and cancel affected orders even post-submission where permitted by law. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Orders, Acceptance & Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We accept when we dispatch the order and send a dispatch/shipping confirmation. We may limit quantities per person/household/order (e.g., to prevent reselling/abuse). We may request identity/address verification or additional information to process an order.
Payment
We accept digital payments via Paytm (UPI, cards, net-banking, etc.). Card data is handled by regulated partners; we do not store raw card numbers/CVV. By submitting payment details, you authorize the charge for the order total (including shipping/handling/fees, if any).
Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Orders are shipped using Shiprocket and partnered couriers to serviceable PIN codes in India. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, or local restrictions. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to your address. Please inspect parcels on delivery and retain packaging until satisfied.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Our Replacement-First approach applies. If an order arrives damaged, defective, expired, incorrect, or short, our default remedy is replacement first. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will refund instead (per timelines/process in our Return & Refund Policy). Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items with intact factory seal and outer packaging within the stated window. Full details (eligibility windows, pickup/self-ship, QC, what’s refundable) are in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Promotions, Coupons & Store Credit
Promotions/coupons are time-bound, non-transferable, and may have category/cart-value conditions. One offer per order unless stated. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time, honoring benefits already earned on successfully placed orders. Store credit (if issued) is non-transferable, has no cash value, and expires per the terms communicated at issuance.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) attempt unauthorized access or interfere with security; (c) scrape/crawl/use bots without written permission; (d) misrepresent identity or purchase for resale without authorization; (e) upload malware or harmful/misleading content.
Intellectual Property
All Website content (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video, software, and Vitamin Green names/marks) is owned by or licensed to Vitamin Green and protected by IP laws. You may not use our IP without prior written consent. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
User Content (Reviews, Comments, Messages)
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”): You grant Vitamin Green a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, translate, and distribute such content for Website and marketing purposes. You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, non-defamatory, non-infringing, and not misleading, obscene, hateful, or spam. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms or applicable law (including fake/paid reviews).
Third-Party Services & Links
The Website may link to or embed third-party services (e.g., Paytm checkout, Shiprocket tracking, analytics, WhatsApp). We do not control third-party sites/services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
Privacy & Cookies
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies; manage preferences via our cookie banner and your browser settings.
Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated on labels or required by law, the Website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement) to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitamin Green is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/revenue/data arising from use of (or inability to use) the Website or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vitamin Green, its partners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
Changes to the Website & to These Terms
We may update the Website, policies, and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., a banner or email where appropriate). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms
Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Before litigation, please write to support@vitamingreen.in. we aim to resolve issues amicably via our grievance process within statutory timelines.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, transport failures, or internet outages).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access (in whole or part) for suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or security reasons. You may stop using the Website at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, User Content license, Disclaimers, Limitation, Indemnity, Governing Law) will survive termination.

General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vitamin Green regarding the Website and your purchases.
Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Electronic Communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, SMS/WhatsApp, Website notices) and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication
